Refund Policy

Pro subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the Account tab in the extension dashboard. Once cancelled, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case. Refunds for subscription charges are granted at our discretion. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period.

Token top-ups

Token top-up purchases are one-time payments for a bundle of bonus tokens. Because tokens are a digital consumable that are credited to your account immediately upon purchase, token top-ups are non-refundable once the tokens have been added to your balance.

If you were charged but tokens were not credited due to a technical error, contact us and we will investigate and correct the issue.

How to request a refund

Email us at stumbleuext@gmail.com with your account email address, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment disputes on our behalf. For payment-related issues not resolved by us, you may also contact Paddle directly.
