The extension isn't opening. What do I do?

Click the StumbleU icon in your Chrome toolbar. If you don't see it, click the puzzle-piece icon (⊞) and pin StumbleU. If the popup opens but is blank, go to chrome://extensions, find StumbleU, and click the refresh icon.

I hit my daily limit. When does it reset?

Limits reset at midnight UTC. The token bar in the popup shows a live countdown. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited stumbles and Think.

What are tokens?

Tokens are your daily usage budget. Each stumble costs 1 token; each Think costs 5. Free accounts get 30 tokens per day. Pro accounts have no daily limit. Bonus tokens (from promotions) never expire and are spent after your daily tokens run out.

Think isn't working or shows an error.

Make sure you have tokens remaining (Think costs 5). Try closing and reopening the popup. Think works on any active tab — you don't need to stumble first.

My saved pages or history disappeared.

Guest history and saves are stored locally in the extension — reinstalling or clearing browser data will erase them. Sign in to a free account to sync your data to the cloud so it persists across reinstalls and devices.

How do I suggest a site?

Use the + button in the popup while on the page you want to suggest, or go to the extension dashboard → Suggest. All suggestions are reviewed before being added to the corpus.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to the extension dashboard → Account → Manage subscription. You can cancel at any time. Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.

I was charged but my plan didn't upgrade.

There can be a brief delay between payment and our system processing it. Wait a few minutes and reload the extension. If your plan still shows Free after 10 minutes, email us with your receipt and we'll fix it immediately.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at stumbleuext@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account". We will delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.
